Message from Division A Director: 

How can the old be new?

Yes, the old Division A is the new Division A— vibrant, dazzling!

We are the clubs east of highway 404 in the City of Markham, “Canada’s largest diverse community, with a rich cultural heritage, outstanding planning community services and vibrant local economy.” (Taken from their website)

Our four enthusiastic and energetic Area Directors and I plan to avail of the wealth of this city and share it with our corporate and community club Toastmasters members.

Having been District 86 Division Governor of the year 2012-2013, I am humbled to lead Division A again this year. Thank you for the renewed confidence and the empowerment for another opportunity to serve Toastmasters.

 

#LOL Festival Division A vs. Division B (1st of a kind)

Division A proudly invites you to the First of its kind #LOL festival!

Division A will first put members on stage September 26th to chose the funniest top four.

Division B will bring their four funniest speakers to “laugh off” against our four (4) funniest Division A-Speakers.

Summer Club Officer Training - Round 1

Division A & G Winter Club Officer Training 2019 - 2020 Round 2

At the halfway mark of our Toastmaster 2019-2020 year, Division A & G jointly offer you round 2 Club Officer Training (COT) opportunities for all elected club officers. This round 2 training focuses on helping your club officers to polish the required knowledge and practical ideas they need to get to Distinguished club status, better member experience, and increased member retention. Note: DCP goal#9 requires a minimum of FOUR club officers trained during both summer and winter training periods.
