There are over 175 clubs operating within District 86 with more being chartered on a regular basis. We have had over 800 new members join new and existing clubs since the birth of this new district on July 1, 2008. Isn’t that exciting?

There are nearly 1200 members who have taken on club officer roles in order to serve the membership in attaining its goals. That’s a lot of commitment. And it is what makes the Toastmasters experience work so well for so many. As each club follows the communication and leadership programs provided by Toastmasters, the members achieve a high degree of skill development. This success within the club breeds personal and professional success outside of the club.

New clubs are actively engaged in gathering 20 people so they can become an official Toastmasters club. Becoming one of the 20 founding members of a brand new Toastmasters club is an awesome experience.

Specialty Clubs are usually those which are formed to serve experienced Toastmasters who are working through advanced manuals. Perhaps you have already finished your first manual and you would like to move forward with some advanced projects which require more time for presenting.
