Communication and Leadership Award

What is it?

The Communication and Leadership Award is the highest Toastmasters award available for the District to present to a non-Toastmaster. The District presents this award to a person who has made an outstanding contribution in the community though communication and leadership, such as a media person, a provincial or local politician, a business person or a community volunteer.

Lakeview 2010 BBQ

The 2nd Annual Lakeview Toastmasters BBQ took over J.C. Saddington Park on Saturday August 21st as family, friends, and members from the club got together for an outdoor BBQ. This was an open BBQ organized and run by the Lakeview Toastmasters membership to help promote the club and foster community awareness as well as involvement.

Search this page for the word "constitution" and you will find a link to a downloadable file containing the club constitution.

Welcome to Fall Conference 2010

This is a personal invitation to join your fellow Toastmasters at our District 86 Fall Conference at the beautiful Sheraton on-the-falls Hotel in Niagara Falls, Ontario from November 19 to November 21, 2010.

 

Toastmasters from all over District 86 and more will enjoy this Conference experiencing workshops, Humorous Speech Contest and Table Topics contests, the District business meeting and social evenings!  Don't forget to visit the bookstore for all your club essentials and educational materials.
