Welcome to Pathways
Toastmasters educational program - Pathways - is an exciting learning experience that is flexible enough to suit you and your needs as you develop your leadership and communication skills.
Pathways is an interactive way to develop your skills as you, through mentorship and helpful evaluations, guide others in your club in developing theirs.
As you progress through Pathways, you will:
- Practice and improve your communication and leadership skills.
- Complete Pathways Projects that provide a stimulating mix of speeches and leadership assignments.
- Have the opportunity to not only practice your skills but also to pay it forward by supporting other members of your club
- Develop real-world transferable skills in leadership, management, and public speaking
