Everything we do as a district is centred on helping our clubs succeed. When clubs provide a welcoming environment, engaging meetings, quality evaluations, and meaningful leadership opportunities, members grow. As members grow, clubs become stronger. Strong clubs build successful Areas. Successful Areas strengthen Divisions. Together, they create an exceptional District.

Our focus is not on banners or awards. Our focus is on helping every club become Distinguished by providing the support, education, resources, and encouragement needed to help members achieve their goals. We are committed to strengthening club quality, growing membership, chartering new clubs, and developing leaders at every level of the organization.

When we help every member reach their potential, clubs thrive. When clubs thrive, our Areas and Divisions succeed. When our Areas and Divisions succeed, District 86 will naturally achieve the recognition that reflects those accomplishments. Those honours are not the goal, they are the outcome of a district that has invested in its people.

Whether you are a new member delivering your Ice Breaker, an experienced member pursuing your next educational milestone, a club officer supporting your fellow members, or an Area or Division Director serving your clubs, you are an essential part of our success. Every contribution matters.
