Who Can Vote?

Fellow District Council Members,

Your attendance is required for each District 86 Virtual Council Meetings.

• Tuesday April 22 @7pm, Waiting room opens at 6pm, Attendance is 6:15pm-6:45pm – Reports (Register here)
• Thursday April 24 @7pm, Waiting room opens at 6pm, Attendance is 6:15pm-6:45pm – Elections (Register here)

To be placed on the voters’ list on April 22 and 24, you must be in the Zoom Waiting Room between 6:15 pm and 6:45 pm for attendance. You will be admitted to the Zoom Meeting Room once the Credentials Team acknowledges your attendance. The meetings will begin at 7 pm sharp

The District Council is all Club Presidents and Vice President Education + All District Executive Committee.

Eligible voters are required to Pre-Register before April 13, 2025 @ 11:59pm. Registrants will receive their own unique meeting link for each meeting. Do NOT share your link.

Your Zoom meeting links and your election ballots will be sent to the email you use to register. Use an email that you can access at any time. If it is work email address, ensure you can access it after work. Otherwise, you will not receive your election ballots.

Why Attend?

• Participate in decisions affecting the members of District 86, including your club.
• Enable the District to carry on business.

Who Can Vote?

• Each Member Club is entitled to two (2) votes, the club can determine whether the Club President or Vice President Education, holding two (2) votes, or both representatives, with one (1) vote each.
• District Executive Committee members each have one vote, no proxies.
• There are NO proxies for virtual meetings.
