DESCRIPTION:Join us for the District 86 Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI)\, a full day of learning\, leadership development\, and Club Officer Training designed to help you and your club start the new Toastmasters year strong. \n\n\n\nWhether you are a first-time Club Officer or an experienced leader\, TLI provides practical training\, fresh ideas\, and opportunities to connect with fellow Toastmasters from across the District. \n\n\n\nEach TLI event includes: \n\n\n\n• Two rounds of Club Officer Training online \n\n\n\nClub Officers can attend training during either the morning session at 9:10 AM or the afternoon session at 12:40 PM. \n\n\n\nIf you hold only one Club Officer role\, or the same role in multiple clubs\, you only need to attend one training session for credit. \n\n\n\nIf you hold multiple officer roles within a club\, or different officer roles across multiple clubs\, you may attend both sessions on the same day to receive credit for  both roles. \n\n\n\n• Inspiring Keynote Presentation \n\n\n\nHear from an engaging speaker who will challenge\, motivate\, and equip you with ideas to grow as a communicator and leader. \n\n\n\n• Educational Workshops \n\n\n\nChoose from four specialized workshops presented by members of the Program Quality\, Club Growth\, and Public Relations teams. Sessions are  designed to provide practical strategies you can immediately apply within your club and leadership journey. \n\n\n\n• Midday Featured Presentation \n\n\n\nA shorter featured presentation will close out the educational portion of the day with additional insights\, inspiration\, and leadership development. \n\n\n\nTLI is more than training.
