Have you ever walked into a room and instantly felt uplifted, as if the energy around you was contagious? Or, on the flip side, have you been in a conversation that drained you completely—where every word felt heavy?
What are the thoughts running in your mind in either of the scenarios?
How do you feel and what would you say about your energy?
Have you paused to notice the chain reaction between your thoughts, feelings, and energy?

Thoughts are like the seeds,
Feelings are like the bloom
and Energy is the fruit.
Thoughts –> Feelings –> Energy
Thoughts are the silent words or images in your mind. They’re the way you interpret the world around you. Thoughts give rise to feelings, and feelings shape our energy.
When your mind is cluttered with stress or doubt, your energy dips. But when you’re calm, hopeful, or inspired—your energy rises.
And here’s the beautiful part: The reverse is also true:
When your energy is elevated, it generates better feelings, which in turn spark more empowering thoughts.
So, how do we nurture high energy? While meditation, mindful eating, and living joyfully help, this blog focuses on influencing your thoughts and feelings—which in turn uplift your energy.
Seed of Growth: Awareness
To live a blessed life, we must nurture awareness using the simple, powerful practice of ACE.
Let us start with the A of ACE. Adopt the 3 A’s:
- Accept what you can’t change.
- Adjust to situations with grace.
- Appreciate what is, instead of brooding over what isn’t.
To bloom, you must remove the weeds the 3 C’s of ACE:
Criticizing – is on the individual person.
Complaining – is on the action of the person.
Cribbing – is general ranting about something.
Scenario: Imagine your flight is delayed by 3 hours.
Do you…
A) Accept it, adjust your plans, and appreciate the extra time to read or relax?
or
B) Criticize the airline, complain to everyone, and crib about how unfair life is?
You always have a choice.
Shifting from the 3 C’s to the 3 A’s is like switching from an old dial-up modem to high-speed WiFi—why wouldn’t you?
Even with high-speed WiFi, if your device is outdated, performance still suffers. Similarly, even with the right mindset, life can lag if we don’t manage our internal “device”—
The 3 E’s of ACE are our Emotions, Ego, and Expectations.
Expectations – Choose acceptance over entitlement.
Emotions – Don’t suppress them; let them flow. Emotions are feelings in motion.
Ego – Trade pride for humility and growth.
My master once said: “When ego comes, everything and everyone goes. When ego goes, everything and everyone comes to you.”
Whether through yoga, meditation, or mindful living, managing these three E’s leads to peace, clarity, and compassion.
Like a tree that grows from seed to blossom to fruit, your energy thrives when nurtured with the right thoughts, intentional feelings, and consistent awareness.
Final Thought
A blessed life isn’t about avoiding challenges—it’s about mastering how we respond.
“If you want peace, success, and happiness, practice ACE:”
- Adopt the 3 A’s – Accept, Adjust, Appreciate.
- Drop the 3 C’s – Criticize, Complain, Crib.
- Manage the 3 E’s – Emotions, Ego, Expectations.
“Because the quality of your life isn’t just about what happens to you—it’s about the energy you choose to create.”
§Take the ACE Pledge:
I choose to ACE my life
I will adopt Accepting, Adjusting, and Appreciating.
I will drop Cribbing, Complaining, and Criticizing.
I will manage my Expectations, Emotions and Ego.
Because it is my own energy that shapes my life.
