PQD Club Excellence – Workshop on Building a healthy team
Among the top benefits of Toastmasters’ membership is getting the opportunity to join a team. Living up to the organization’s tagline “Where Leaders Are Made”, teamwork represents an integral element of the Toastmasters experience, as members ultimately become members of leadership teams at the club, Area, Division, District and International levels.
The objective of this interactive session is for club officers to identify the main attributes that define a high performing team which will assist them in establishing a clear understanding on how to build a collaborative, cohesive, and comfortable team.

About the Speaker:
DTM Rania is joining us from Amman, Jordan, and has been a member since 2005.
She has worked extensively with 3 Districts during which she has served in multiple roles at the Club level, has served as Area Governor under District 79, Division Director twice under Districts 20, District 20 Secretary, District 105 Public Relations Manager, District 105 Club Growth Director, District 105 Program Quality Director, and District 105 Director for the term 2022-2023. She has been appointed by Toastmasters International as Official Arabic Lead Reviewer since 2012 and Official Arabic Chief Reviewer since January 2023.
