Bill Kirby, DTM toastmaster of 20 years, District 86 Logistics Manager and Club Retention Chair will be leading a How to conduct a moments of truth workshop.
This workshop will focus on how to conduct a Moments of Truth session for a club as either an area director or a club executive member. You will leave with an understanding of how and why Moments of Truth is a valuable tool for every club.
A Moments of Truth session is invaluable for a Toastmasters club as it offers a structured evaluation of the club’s strengths and areas for improvement. By focusing on key aspects like first impressions, membership orientation, program quality, and member recognition, the session helps ensure that the club meets the needs and expectations of its members.
For the club, this reflection fosters a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing the member experience by making meetings more engaging, welcoming, and effective. For individual members, it ensures they receive the support and opportunities needed for personal and leadership growth.
