CGD WORKSHOP: Building Belongingness: Strategies for Sustainable Club Growth

The workshop will help participants identify what makes a club attractive to prospective members, how to turn guests into members, how to create meaningful experiences that encourage members to stay, and how to build a culture where members naturally want to bring others into the club.
