Workshop – The Art of Storytelling – How to Tell a Story in 60 Seconds

Address : Del Ridge Room, Milton Arts Centre , 1010 Main St E, Milton, ON L9T 0J4

Contact: Karen Pantaleo (karen.milton.tm@gmail.com )for more information

The workshop is being organized by Karen Pantaleo and will feature members from all three Milton Community Toastmasters clubs:

• Milton Toastmasters
• Milton Escarpment Toastmasters
• Her Bold Voice Toastmasters

The workshop is designed for community members who are not currently Toastmasters. Participants will have an opportunity to learn some practical storytelling techniques, try them out in a supportive environment, and discover how much can be accomplished in just 60 seconds.

For our three clubs, this is also an opportunity to demonstrate Toastmasters in action and give members of our community a first-hand look at the supportive, experiential learning that takes place at our meetings.

We hope the experience will encourage participants to visit one of the three Milton clubs and learn more about how Toastmasters can help develop confidence, communication and leadership skills.

It’s exciting to see three Milton clubs working together to bring Toastmasters into the wider community through Milton Culture Days 2026.

Three clubs. One community. A shared love of communication and storytelling.
