Your Leadership Journey Inside and Outside of Toastmasters
Pursuing a leadership role in Toastmasters will serve you, and your club, very well. Toastmasters International empowers you and other individuals to become more effective communicators and leaders. Jim will enable you and every attendee to add clarity to their leadership journey.
That Idea That Gnaws at You
Managing these sorts of ideas need to be managed. Jim will show you skills of self-management, team leadership and how your Toastmasters club can assist you.
Get Involved
Just like a Toastmaster meeting that encourages everyone to get involved. The organizing committee is challenging you to get involved in the conference as well.
- Workshop Presenter (45 min) – Apply to be a workshop presenter and complete one of your higher pathway project assignments.
- Author’s Corner – Are you an author? Do you know a Toastmaster from any District who is an author? Set up a display to showcase your book(s). Bring enough to sell to your Toastmaster audience.
- Speakers Corner (18 – 22 min) – Apply to be a presenter at the Speaker’s Corner. Deliver a longer speech to a new audience and take one step closer to being a professional speaker. Choose a topic of your choice.
- Sponsorship – Sponsorship opportunities are available for goods / services in kind or monetary sponsorships. Benefits to the sponsor include social media, website and event presence. For more details, please email conferencechair@toastmasters86.org
- Silent Auction Prizes – Donate a prize for the silent auction or help us to recruit from your neighbour businesses. Each division is pulling together a prize so connect with your division director for ideas. For more information, please email conferencechair@toastmasters86.org.
- Volunteers – Give back / pay it forward by volunteering to assist with the conference. Opportunities to help plan the conference and during on-site activities. Please email conferencechair@toastmasters86.org to find out more.
