George How Pak Hing was instrumental in getting the Town of Oakville Proclamation, six years in a row.  It is gratifying to note that the Town of Oakville recognized the value of the Toastmasters Educational Program as a vehicle for the development of communication and leadership skills, for the benefit of the community at large.
